SERVICES

ULTRA SONIC TESTING (UT) :-
We are passing the high frequency ultrasonic sound energy in to the materials by probe. This ultrasonic sound energy is reflected from defects or back wall or side wall of the material. Using this reflected sound energy, we can get the echoes on CRT / LCD screen. Then we are find out thickness of the material and defects in the materials. This NDT method is called as “ULTRASONIC TESTING”.

We have conducted and offer the following services by Ultrasonic Testing:-
  • SHAFTS,FORGINGS,CASTINGS, PLATES, WELD JOINTS
  • WIND MILL TOWER, FLANGES ETC
  • ENSURING BONDING IN COMPOSITE MATERIAL
  • INSPECTION OF PRESSURE VESSEL
  • THICKNESS GAUGING OF BOILER TUBES

THIRD PARTY INSPECTION :-

We have a team of qualified and experienced AWS-CWI to carry out third party inspection services towards witnessing of following stages as per customer approved Qap & Drawings.
1.RAW MATERIAL VERIFICATION.
2.FIT UP STAGE INSPECTION.
3.FINAL WELDIING VISUAL & DIMENSION.
4.NDE WITNESS AND REPORT REVIEW.

MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING (MPT) :-

We are magnetizing the inspection job and applying magnetic particle (Dry or Wet Magnetic  particle)on surface of the part. Then we will get the indication on the job surface (indication -> particle accumulation) due to the magnetic flux leakage. Using this visible Indication we can identify the type of defects in the material. This NDT method is called as “Magnetic Particle Testing”
EDDY CURRENT TESTING (ECT):-
Crack Detectors
Coating Thickness
Conductivity Testing
Find out the all surface defects
To test the Bolt hole
Wire Rope Testing
Rail, Aircraft, ship and pipe line Testing

EDDY CURRENT SORTING:-
HARDNESS
CHEMICAI COMPOSITION
GRAIN STRUCTURE
CASE DEPTH
TREAT CONDITION

PENETRANT TESTING (PT):-
THE PENETRANT TESTING FIND OUT THE OPEN MICRO SURFACE DEFECTS AND OPEN SURFACE DEFECTS AT ALL KIND OF MATERIALS. THIS NDT METHOD IS VERY GOOD SENSITIVITY, EASY TO UNDERSTAND  AND COST EFFECTIVE METHOD.
RADIOGRAPHIC TESTING- RT:-
We are passing the radiation through the inspection job by using  gamma rays or x-rays (respectively isotope or x-ray tube) some amount of radiation will be absorbed  by metal itself and remaining radiation will be passing through object and affect to the photo film. Due to the discontinuities absorption of radiation in the object will be differ. This difference is making different image in the film and this indications we can see directly by viewer after film processing. While viewing film we can identify the type of defects in the material. This NDT method is called as “RADIOGRAPHIC TESTING”.
  • Isotopes
       Example: Iridium-192/Cobalt-60      Gamma radiation
    • X-rays from X-ray machine.
    RADIOGRAPHIC FILM INTERPRETATION-RFI :-
The interpretation of radiographs reveals the conditions of the component or specimen.  Whether the component can be accepted or rejected lies in the quality of radiographs as well the efficiency of the interpreter.  The radiographic technique, radiation energy, film type, screens, angular coverage and film processing are important parameters for obtaining good quality radiographs.  The interpreter must first be certain that the quality of the radiographs is adequate so that discontinuities will be detected, identified, located and sized by which decision can be made on the servicing ability or repair of the part.

    VISUAL TESTING

Visual testing (VT) is perhaps the oldest and most widely used inspection technique. Often, the eyes of the inspector are the only “equipment” used for the inspection. VT is applicable to virtually any material, at any stage of manufacture, at any point in its service life. To perform a successful direct visual examination, adequate lighting and good inspector eyesight is required. If access to specific areas of the test article is limited, borescopes, fiberscopes, video probes, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) can be used to perform remote VT. For a thorough understanding of the VT method, the listed references and resource materials are recommended.

    VIBRATION MONITORING:-
Bearing Problem Unbalance of rotating parts
Misalignment of couplings and bearings Looseness
